In order to successfully obtain refund, all cancellation requests must be submitted via the Online Support Center within the first 30 calendar days of service.
Once the cancellation request is validated, your account charges will be refunded according to the terms of this policy, no questions asked.

Domain registration fees will be deducted from any eligible refund. This is a necessity to prevent individuals from ordering our services then later cancel for the purpose of obtaining a domain registration at our expense.
Does not apply to resold accounts or special setup accounts.If you received a FREE domain registration from Solid Web Hosting with any shared hosting account, US $15 per each year of registration will be withheld from the eligible refund to cover the domain registration term.
